The Live Easy Community Market Day will be open to the public from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
The event will be held at Scalabrini Austral, 65 Edmondson Avenue, Austral NSW 2179. Visitor entry is via Edmondson Avenue only.
Yes. Entry is free for all visitors and everyone is welcome. Registration is highly encouraged, but it is not essential. we’d appreciate it if you could register in advance to help us plan for the day.

Absolutely. The event is designed for all generations, with activities and entertainment for visitors of all ages.

Yes. A variety of food and beverage vendors will be available on site, offering a range of options to enjoy throughout the day.
Of course. Bring a picnic rug and your favourite snacks, or purchase something from one of our food vendors and relax on the open lawns.
Yes. Undercover bench seating will be available throughout the event area. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own picnic rug or portable seating.

No. This is a smoke-free event. Visitors are kindly asked not to smoke anywhere within the event grounds.
Yes, dogs are welcome provided the following guidelines are followed:
The event will proceed in light rain. Any changes due to severe weather will be communicated through the Live Easy website and social media channels. Check www.liveeasy.com.au/social-outings/community-market-day/

Yes. Parking will be available on site. Please follow directions from event staff and parking volunteers on arrival, and refer to the event site map for further details.
Yes. A free shuttle bus service will operate to and from Leppington Station throughout the day. Timetable and pick-up information will be shared on the event page closer to the date.
Yes. The event venue is wheelchair accessible.
Yes. A dedicated disability drop-off zone will be available. Please speak with parking volunteers on arrival for assistance and directions.
Yes. Accessible toilet facilities will be available on site.
Yes. A community Talent Show will commence at 11:30am, celebrating community participation, creativity and local talent.
Unfortunately, Talent Show entries cannot be accepted on the day. All performers have already been selected and confirmed prior to the event date.
No. The Talent Show is a fun, non-competitive event designed to celebrate community participation, creativity and local talent.
We’d love your help. Volunteers play a vital role in making the day welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. Opportunities may include event set-up and pack-down, welcoming guests, providing directions, supporting activities, assisting vendors and helping the day run smoothly.

While many vendors are expected to have EFTPOS facilities available, bringing some cash is recommended as not all stalls may accept card payments.
Please notify an event volunteer or staff member immediately. Our team will assist you and direct you to the MediFAST First Aid Tent, which is the designated meeting point for lost children.
Yes. Qualified first aid personnel will be available on site at the MediFAST First Aid Tent.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow instructions from event staff and proceed to the designated emergency evacuation assembly area adjacent to the games and picnic area. The area will be clearly marked with appropriate signage.
